Delete your Floxa account
How to ask Floxa Ltd to delete your account, or just some of your data, in the Floxa app and on floxa.co.uk, what happens next, and what we have to keep.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
You can ask Floxa Ltd, the developer of the Floxa app for Android and iPhone, to delete your Floxa account and the personal data linked to it at any time. There are three ways to do it.
How to request deletion
- In the Floxa app: open More → Account & security → Delete my account, then tap Request account deletion.
- On the website: sign in at floxa.co.uk, go to Settings → Security and choose Delete my account.
- By email, if you can't sign in: email support@floxa.co.uk from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Floxa account". You don't need the app installed.
What happens next
- You'll get an email straight away confirming the request, with a reference and the date it will be completed by.
- We check the request came from you, then delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.
- Changed your mind? Reply to the confirmation email before the completion date and we'll cancel the request.
What we delete
- Your login and profile: name, email address, phone number, photo, password and sign-in sessions.
- If you own an organisation, its business data: jobs, customers, invoices, expenses, timesheets and uploaded files. If your organisation pays for a plan, the deletion includes cancelling it.
- If you're a member of someone else's organisation, only your account is removed. The jobs and records you worked on belong to that business and stay with them.
Deleting some of your data, without closing your account
You don't have to close your account to have some of your data deleted.
- Yourself, in the app or on the website: change or remove your phone number and profile photo in Settings → Profile, and delete photos and documents you've added to a job. Owners and admins can also delete jobs, customers and expenses.
- By email: email support@floxa.co.uk from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete some of my Floxa data", saying what you'd like deleted. We confirm by email and delete it within 30 days.
- Records in an organisation belong to that business. If you're a member of someone else's organisation, we'll ask its owner before deleting the business's records, and we can always delete your own profile details.
What we keep, and for how long
- Billing and transaction records, and referral commission records: six years after the end of the financial year, as UK tax law requires.
- Encrypted backups: these expire on a rotation of no more than 35 days, so deleted data leaves them within that time.
- A record that the deletion request was made and completed, so we can show it was handled.
